Three people have died in a fire at an informal settlement in Mossel Bay.
Police spokesperson, Warrant-Officer Kappie Kapp, said police were called to the scene on Sixaxeni Street at around 4 o'clock on Sunday morning.
He said the bodies of the deceased were found after the blaze was extinguished.
Police have not released their names but said the deceased were males aged 16, 19-year, and 26.
Kapp said KwaNonqaba police have opened an inquest docket.
The cause of the fire is not yet known.
