Three killed in Uitenhage collision

At least three people have been killed in a collision between a bus and a taxi in Uitenhage.

The accident happened early on Monday morning, reportedly on the corner of Caledon and Bubbs Street.

Algoa FM News has learnt that one person may still be trapped in the wreckage of the collision.

Traffic and other authorities are on the scene.

Police Spokesperson Gerda Swart says the victims were all from the taxi.

Several people were alos injured.
