Police have confiscated drugs worth more than R600 000 in Wilderness near George.
Spokesperson, Sergeant Chris Spies says they obtained a search warrant and went to a house in 5th Avenue on Thursday.
He says three rooms in the house were converted into a dagga cultivation laboratory with expensive equipment.
A total of 327 dagga plants and 500 grams of dried dagga as well as laboratory equipment were seized.
Spies says a 46-year-old man was arrested and will remain in custody until his first court appearance in the George Magistrate's Court on Monday.
He is facing charges of dealing in drugs.
