An East London doctor has been arrested for a second time for allegedly issuing fraudulent sick certificates to members of the public. Captain Anelisa Ngcakani of the Hawks says the 69-year-old Dr Siphokazi Sokupa, was arrested on Wednesday by the SAPS Anti-Corruption Unit.
