The State has labelled Arnold Terblanche as a narcissist who orchestrated the plan to execute his estranged wife Vicki. This emerged during the continuation of Terblanche's bail proceedings in the Port Elizabeth Magistrate's court on Monday. Fifty-Five-year-old Terblanche and Vicki's boyfriend Reinhardt Leach are both applying for bail while a third accused, 24-year-old Dylan Cullis, previously abandoned his bid for bail.
