Authorities will be assessing the damage caused by another severe storm that caused havoc in parts of the Eastern Cape on Monday. The areas of Fort Beaufort, Alice, and Middledrift were hit by a storm late in the afternoon, leading to flooding, cars being stranded in flooded roads, and hundreds of homes partially or totally damaged.
