A naked man who was spotted running along Beach Road on Wednesday afternoon has been hospitalised. Police spokesperson Colonel Priscilla Naidu says the 24-year-old man allegedly collided into a fence of a municipal building on Beach Road in a blue VW Polo 1.6 that belonged to his mother.
