A 51-year-old man from Gqeberha who is currently out on bail for allegedly being in possession of child pornography has been re-arrested. The man who is from Lorraine in Gqeberha cannot be named to protect the identity of his children.

A 66-year-old resident from an old age home in Gqeberha has now been missing for more than 10 days. Bernadette January was last seen on the 9th of February, leaving the Louis Dubb Old Age Home in Kabega Park.

A 10-year-old child has died after drowning at a farm dam in the Wilderness in the Garden Route. A spokesperson for the National Sea Rescue Institute Craig Lambinon says the child was swimming with friends on Sunday when h disappeared under the water.
