Gqeberha police are investigating a case of culpable homicide following a fatal head-on collission on Tuesday morning. Spokesperson Colonel Priscilla Naidu says at about 8 am an Isuzu bakkie and VW Polo were involved in the collision on Butterfield Road in Colleen Glen.
