The process of identifying the victims of Sunday's taxi accident that claimed the lives of 15 people, is still ongoing. The accident happened on the N9 near Middelburg on Sunday when a truck driver hit a stray animal and veered off the road which resulted in his trailer falling over.

Two men responsible for one of the most horrific crimes in South African history are out on parole. Frans du Toit and Theuns Kruger, who violently assaulted, raped and slit the throat of a Gqeberha woman, Allison Botha, were released on parole on Tuesday.
