An 82-year-old woman from Mthatha has been arrested on allegations of fraud involving the Road Accident Fund (RAF). Hawks spokesperson Warrant Officer Ndiphiwe Mhlakuvana says Mavis Ganyaza appeared before the Mthatha Specialised Commercial Crimes court on Wednesday where she was released on a warning.
