A 44-year-old woman is expected to appear in the Tsolo Magistrates Court on Friday for her alleged involvement in a kidnapping. A spokesperson for the Hawks Ndiphiwe Mhlakuvana says the suspect reportedly works as a clerk for a law firm in Mthatha and targeted a man who received a payout from the Road Accident Fund (RAF).
