A 36 year-old suspect arrested for the murder of an elderly British couple at Knysna two week's ago, will appear in the Knysna Magistrate's Court on Monday.
He faces charges of murder, house robbery and theft of a motor vehicle.
Port Alfred detectives arrested the man at Hamburg in the Peddie Area last Friday after a nine day investigation.
He was transported to Knysna on Saturday.
Police say the man is the prime suspect in the murder of the two British nationals, Brian and Christine-Ann Davis, who were attacked in their home in Lindsay Street on the First of August.
A woman arrested earlier for allegedly being in possession of suspected stolen property is said to be the suspect's wife.
The 29 year old Sandiswa Bini already made a brief court appearance.
