The Gqeberha man who allegedly murdered his estate agent wife made his first appearance in the city's High Court on Thursday.
Colin 'Junior' Kannemeyer is charged with the murder of his wife Cheryl at their home in Beetlestone Road two days after Christmas last year.
The court heard that he would plead guilty to the crime.

The matter was remanded to Tuesday when he will enter into a formal plea agreement with the state.
Gqeberha police began the murder investigation after the body of the 61-year-old was found inside a vehicle at the house.
In January, Kannemeyer abandoned his bid for bail.
