Gqeberha police have released the identities of the father and son who were callously gunned down at the Arlington tip on Monday.
Police spokesperson, Captain Sandra Janse Van Rensburg, said they were 47-year-old Heinrich Minnie, and his 26-year-old son, Tiaan.
On Monday, police reported that they had been off-loading rubbish at the municipal tip when Heinrich was shot while standing outside his bakkie on the driver's side.
Tiaan was shot while sitting in the passenger seat.
The motive for the shooting is not yet known.
