Gqeberha police arrested four suspects in connection with a break-in at the Newton Park Post Office.
Spokesperson, Captain Sandra Janse Van Rensburg, said the first arrest at a house in Kensington on Wednesday.
She said police recovered some stolen property before the ongoing investigation led to the arrest of three more suspects in Newton Park where suspected stolen property such as computer screens, keyboards, and towers were confiscated.
The four, aged between 23 and 49, are due to appear in court soon.
Janse van Rensburg said motor vehicle licensing machines, which are still missing, computer screens and a tower, were stolen during the burglary, which police said occurred between the 25th and 27th of this month.
The break-in was discovered when Post Office staff arrived for work the Monday morning.
