Four arrested by EC cops for possession of dagga worth R500 000

Police at Storms River have arrested four men for being in possession of dagga with an estimated street value of R500 000.

Police spokesperson, Sergeant Majola Nkohli, said that the bust took place at 4 am on Sunday.

He said police seized  17 bags of dagga with a total weight of 500 kilograms valued around half-a-million rands between Stormsriver.

The suspects are due in court this week.
