Police in Despatch say they're trying to contact a Zimbabwean woman who may be able to assist them in a murder investigation.
Police spokesperson, Sergeant Majola Nkohli, says Shinigirayi Matewa could help solve the murder of her former partner, who was found dead in a house in Genot Street late on Tuesday afternoon.
Nkohli says the Zimbabwean national, whose name is still being withheld, was found by his housemate when he returned after being away for two days.
He says the victim had suffered wounds to the head.
Nkohli says the motive for the murder is not known, adding that it appeared that nothing had been taken from the house.
