US R&B singer, Kenny Lattimore, says he will not be performing at the Nelson Mandela Bay Music Festival.
In a post on his Twitter feed on Friday, Lattimore said organisors had failed to secure travel and business arrangements for him and his band.
Lattimore, who is no stranger to South Africa, said he was truly looking forward to performing his hits and new music.
He said he was deeply disappointed at the developments.
The Festival was thrown into disarray with the news that the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality had pulled its funding of the Festival.
Municipality spokesperson, Mthubanzi Mniki, told The Herald that this decision was taken last month but not communicated to the public.
