Police in Mdantsane in East London have arrested a 32-year-old-man during a drug raid in Unit 3.
Police spokesperson, Lieutenant Nkosikho Mzuku, said police have had their eye on the suspect's house for some time.
Mzuku says police confiscated close on 2000 Mandrax tablets and quantity of Tik valued at R200 000 as well as an undisclosed amount of cash.
He says the suspect is due to appear in the Mdantsane Magistrate's Court on Friday on charges of drug dealing.
Police thanked the public for working together with the police and sharing information.
