A date has been confirmed for the appeal hearing of PE murder accused, Christopher Panayiotou, against a decision to deny him bail.
The National Prosecuting Authority says the hearing has been set down for Monday, the 20th of this month, in the Grahamstown High Court.
The 28-year-old Panayiotou is accused of orchestrating the murder of his school teacher wife Jayde in April.
Last month, Magistrate Abigail Beeton, denied him bail saying that he was a flight risk and that he may interfere with witnesses.
Panayiotou is accused alongside alleged middleman, Thando Siyoni and alleged hitman, Sizwezakhe Vumazonke.
They are all in custody.
