The East London Magistrates Court has postponed the fraud and money laundering case against the Maziyana couple on Thursday.
Zola Maziyana and his wife Zukiswa were arrested at their Sunnyridge home by the Hawks in June, for allegedly defrauding the Twelve Apostles'Church of almost R7 million.
The National Prosecutions Authority spokesperson Tsepo Ndwalaza said at their previous court appearance Maziyana was refused bail because he was tempering with investigations.
Nwalaza said his wife was granted R15 000 bail due to her pregnancy.
Maziyana remains in custody,together the couple faces 53 counts of fraud and 123 counts of money laundering, the case has been postponed for the 29th of next month for further investigations.
