Bay saddened at passing of much - loved councillor

The former Provincial spokesperson for the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) who became a DA councillor has passed away.

Tsepo Ndwalaza was elected to council in 2019 and was battling with health issues following a stroke.

The DA expressed their deep sadness at his passing and said he would be remembered for his hard work, commitment and dedication to the people of Nelson Mandela Bay.

Ndwalaza also crept into the hearts of journalists during his time at the NPA who were all saddened to hear the news.
