Police are hunting for three gunmen who shot and killed four people in a house in Motherwell in Gqeberha on Tuesday.
Spokesperson, Lieutenant-Colonel Siphokazi Mawisa, said the shooting occurred at a house on Khalendula Street in unit 11.
The deceased are three males, aged between 20 and 25, and a 16-year-old female.
Mawisa said a 24-year-old man was wounded and rushed to a hospital.
She said the motive for the shooting is not known, and the hunt for the gunmen is continuing.
Tuesday night's shooting comes in the wake of another mass shooting incident in Veeplaas on Sunday, 12 January where six males, aged between 21 and 27, were killed.
A 21-year-old female was wounded and taken to hospital.
