A Plettenberg Bay teacher accused of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old boy from his school made another brief court appearance in the local magistrate's court on Tuesday.
The matter against the the 42-year-old teacher, who cannot be named until he has pleaded, was however postponed until November 5 for a final time for further investigation.
The court heard that the investigation has not been completed because two witness statements are still outstanding.
The teacher was arrested on June 22 after the Grade Two learner's guardian reported the alleged incidents to police.
He was released on R3 000 with strict conditions.
Members of Women and Men Against Child Abuse held another protest outside the court.

"We at WAMACA view these allegations in an extremely serious light and trust top priority, for the children's best interest, will be given by our Justice system. It seems the rights of the accused are being place above that of the child victims, which we find totally unacceptable. Molestation is a life changing experience for children, and only peopple who have been sexually abused can understand this" she said.
