It has been two weeks since Americans have gone to the polls to cast their vote in the 2020 US Presidential elections where Democrat Joe Biden became the next president-elect.
Biden's road to the White House was solidified even more this weekend when more votes counted showed him to be the clear winner in the election.
President Donald Trump, however, is still not willing to concede and just on Monday morning told his 88 million Twitter followers that he had won the elections and still maintains that there was election fraud.
Trump will only be President until noon on the 20th of January.
President-elect Joe Biden, however, has expressed his concern about the current surge in Covid-19 cases in the country and urged Trump's administration, who is still responsible to deal with the crisis till January, to do so decisively.
Over 245 000 Americans have succumbed to Covid-19 since the beginning of the outbreak.
