Judgement is expected to continue in the Pretoria High Court today in the murder trial of Oscar Pistorius. Masipa adjourned proceedings in the High Court before dealing with the matter of whether Pistorius was guilty of culpable homicide.

This was after she had found that he could not be guilty of murder as the State had not proved this beyond reasonable doubt.
