Twenty-five people remain in a critical condition following Monday's eruption of a volcano in New Zealand's White Island.
Doctors are in the process of ordering 1.2 million square cm of skin to meet the demand for survivors who suffered 90-95% burns.
Twenty-nine patients are currently being treated in burn units at six hospitals around the country.
Six people have died in Monday's eruption whilst the bodies of eight were still on the island.
Rescue workers are unable to retrieve the remaining bodies due to the risk of another eruption being too high.
