A South African woman, accused of murdering her three young disabled children in Britain, is expected to appear in the Old Bailey Central Criminal Court of England and Wales in London on Friday for a pretrial hearing.
During her last appearance, the 42-year-old London mother admitted to killing her children.
Tania Clarence wept in the dock as she pleaded guilty to the manslaughter by diminished responsibility of 4-year old Olivia, and three-year-old twins Ben and Max.
However, she denied murdering the three children in April this year.
Clarence was tearful as she entered her pleas in the dock as her husband Gary looked on.
A date was set for a three to four-week trial to start on February 21 next year.
She was remanded to a secure mental hospital.
