Two militants have been killed in the ongoing stand-off at an upmarket mall in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi.
Kenyan cabinet secretary for the Interior, Ole Lenku, also says that nearly all hostages have been freed.
He says Kenya's security forces are fully in control of the situation.
Lenku told a press conference all the attackers are men, even though some had dressed like woman as a way to confuse the situation.
Between 10 and 15 gunmen took part in the assault.
At least 68 people, including a South African, were killed in the siege which began on Saturday.
A short while ago several explosions were heard from the mall with a plume of black smoke rising into the sky.
