US actor Kevin Spacey has been charged in Massachusetts over allegations that he groped an 18-year-old man in 2016.
He is facing indecent assault and battery charges over the incident that allegedly occurred in a restaurant on the island of Nantucket in July 2016, district attorney Michael O'Keefe said in a statement.
Spacey will appear in court on the island on January 7.
In a press conference in November 2017, former TV news anchor Heather Unruh alleged that Spacey sexually assaulted her then 18-year-old son in a Nantucket restaurant in 2016 after buying him alcohol although he was below the state's legal drinking age of 21.
The Oscar-winning actor has been the subject of multiple sexual assault and harassment allegations.
