The Grammy award-winning DJ Black Coffee is said to be receiving medical treatment after he was involved in a severe flight accident on Wednesday.
The 47-year-old record producer, whose real name is Nkosinathi Innocent Maphumulo, was on his way to a show in Mar Del Plata in Argentina when the accident occurred.
"We can confirm that he is receiving the best possible medical attention and is surrounded by a supportive family and team," the statement reads.
#BlackCoffee was trending on Thursday as devoted fans expressed their well wishes while his family requested privacy at this time.
