A cub scout leader and mother of two has shown tremendous courage by confronting one of two men arrested for executing a man thought to be a British soldier in a south-east London street on Wednesday.
A by-stander photographed Ingrid Loyau-Kennett confronting the man who had a large knife in his hands after he and an accomplice reportedly beheaded the soldier in broad daylight.
Loyau-Kennett said she had jumped off a passing bus to offer assistance to the victim whom she had thought was involved in a traffic accident.
The incident forced British prime minister to cut short his visit to France while far right wing groups went on the rampage on Wednesday night.
