"Be like Me" is a brand new pop single and debut release by singer-songwriter, Zeleah.
The single was created through the collaborative efforts of Luke Goliath and Chesney Bouw.
Goliath who previously worked with popular South African artists like Shekhinah and Lady Zamar, teamed up with Bouw to create Vision Records.
The summer pop song, 'Be like Me' is the first single to be released by the label.
Zeleah describes the song as,"cheesy pop" and attributes the influence to her childhood playlists which included singers such as Britney Spears, Katy Perry and The Spice Girls.
The message in the song carries a bit more weight than the "cheesy pop" melody.
2020 was a tough year and Zeleah reminds us all to believe in ourselves.
The singer who was born in Mthatha, currently live in Port Elizabeth.
