Grimehouse and Amy Jones - Don't Hide Away

Keaton Anthony Carelse is the man behind the mask of the Grimehouse DJ.

Carelse who describes himself as a shy and nervous person brings life to the stage once he "transforms" into the the popular DJ, "Grimehouse".

The talented producer who has a great sense of humour speaks excitedly about the inspiration behind the eye catching mask that he wears.

Inspired by one of his favourite anime's, he drew a picture of the mask and sent it off to a designer who delivered on his vision. The mask is a type of shield that allows him to overcome his stage fright.

Grimehouse joins Roland and Roch-Lè for the Friday Music Club to talk about his single, "Don't Hide Away'.

He collaborated with Amy Jones, who competed in season 9 of Idols SA. 

She is no stranger to Algoa FM listeners who have enjoyed her single 'Dance with Me'.
