Yes, it’s a movie about the iconic Freddie Mercury and his band. Written by Anthony McCarten, it follows the rise of the group through their songs, their revolutionary sound and the unravelling of Mercury as his life spins out of control with news that he is facing a life threatening illness. Freddie, is played by Rami Malek.  The movie opens in cinemas across South Africa this Friday.
