Idols SA 2019 runner up Samthing Soweto has apologised to his fans for what he described as his ‘epic fail’ on Sunday evening during the finale of the reality series.
Not long after the Afro-soul singer took to the stage to perform his latest hit songs "Amantombazane" and "Akulaleki featuring ShaSha, his fans took to Twitter to express their unhappiness with his performance. According to Samthing some of the comments were ‘savage’.
After the Twitter attack, Samthing posted a video on the social media platform by way of an apology saying that he knew he had ‘messed up big time’ and hoping that he would be given an opportunity to ‘redeem himself’.
