The royal “Fab Four” have launched an online mental health programme called Every Mind Matters in an effort to improve mental health on a global basis. The online program aims to improve mental health through a website that allows people to create a personalised action plan specific to their individual needs.
In South Africa studies released by SADAG (South African Depression and Anxiety Group) prove that as many as one in six South Africans suffers from anxiety, depression or substance use problems, and this does not include more serious conditions such as bipolar disorder or schizophrenia.
Their Royal Highnesses, Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan , Prince William and Duchess Kate voice the royal advert with famous faces such as Glen Close and Gillian Anderson making an appearance.
