The American comedian and presenter has shared the news that his five-month-old son Zen has died after being diagnosed with a brain tumour earlier in the year.
The 41-year-old battled to hold back his tears as he told his audience on the latest episode of The Nick Cannon Show, that he had had “ a very tough weekend."
Watch as Cannon takes his audience through their journey, from the time he and partner, model Alyssa Scott, were told Zen was suffering from a build-up of fluid on the brain, and had a malignant tumour, to his tragic passing.

Cannon has six other children, he shares the eldest two with Mariah Carey whom he married in 2008, they renewed their vows in 2013, but were to file for divorce a year later.
