WATCH: Miss SA Zozibini Tunzi comes home to the Eastern Cape

Mthatha Airport in the Eastern Cape was awash with fans as they welcomed the newly crowned Miss South Africa, Zozibini Tunzi, as she arrived from Johannesburg to her home province to celebrate with her family.

Zozibini was so overcome with the welcome she posted a video of the excited crowd on her Instagram page and thanked all those who had come to greet her.

According to the news site IOL, the town of Dutywa, on the N2 from Mthatha to East London, is expected to come to a standstill today at 1 pm as the town welcomes Miss South Africa with gospel artists.
