According to entertainment website, TMZ , Madonna is forking out $5 million dollars of her own money to make sure that her comeback performance at this week’s Billboard Awards is a show stopper.
60-year-old Madonna will be performing her new single, Medellín, at the Las Vegas ceremony alongside South American artist, Maluma. The track is from her 14th studio album which is due for release on the 14th June.
The gossip site went on to report that her seven-minute act will feature CGI and holograms with no financial backing coming from Billboard. The website described it as 'one of the ambitious performances ever attempted on live TV.’
