It’s one of the most anticipated Oprah interviews of all time, Meghan and Harry in a deep and intimate no-holds-barred conversation with the Queen of Talk Shows. And local fans will be pleased to hear that they will get to watch it.
M-Net has announced it will broadcast CBS presents Oprah with Meghan and Harry, a two-hour-long feature that sees Winfrey sitting down with The Duke and Duchess of Sussex for an intimate and revealing conversation.
According to pre-publicity Winfrey first sits down with Meghan on her own and chats to her about everything from stepping into life as a Royal, marriage, motherhood, philanthropic work to how she is handling life under intense public pressure. Later, the two are joined by Prince Harry as they speak about their move to the United States and their future hopes and dreams for their expanding family.
Winfrey is said to have become a close friend and confidante of the couple over the past couple of years
Much has been written about how the royal family will respond once they have seen the interview. Rumors are rife that there will be some cringe-worthy moments for the royals. It will, in all probability, be one of the most-watched TV interviews of all time.
The interview will air Monday, 8 March, at 19:30 on M-Net, DStv channel 101. A second teaser trailer has been released – watch it right here.
