The first trailer for the movie Spencer has dropped, fans can now get a glimpse of thirty-one-year-old Stewart as she follows in the footsteps of eleven other actresses who have taken on the challenge of playing the late Lady Diana Spenser.
Set in 1991 and due to be released on November 5, the movie takes place over the course of three days at Sandringham Estate at Christmas time as Lady Diana’s marriage to Prince Charles breaks down over infidelity rumors.
The most recent actress to have played Lady Di was Emma Corrin in Netflix’s The Crown - it won her a Golden Globe.
