Sheeran's Shape of You hit single is under the spotlight, he stands accused of ripping off part of a song called ‘Oh Why’ released by Sam Chokri and Ross O’Donoghue two years prior.

Sheeran and his co-authors on the song began legal proceedings in May 2018 asking the High Court to declare they had not infringed copyright.
