It’s that time of year when we happily sing along to popular ol’ time festive favorites, and it’s also the time when new Xmas songs challenge the classics to get onto the official Christmas Chart.
Ed Sheeran, Elton John, George Ezra, Abba and Kelly Clarkson all have new material out for the holidays. And now the powers that be at Official Charts are looking to see which of the Christmas-themed releases could give Mariah a run for her money.
Could it be Ed and Elton’s collaboration? Sheeran gave listeners to Radio 2 a sneak preview of the currently untitled Xmas duet with Elton John.
