With all the throwbacks happening in watch-on-demand television, it isn't a surprise that Vogue created a throwback to Beetlejuice with the Hadid's.
The entire family, Gigi, Bella, Anwar and Yolanda are dressed as though they've just walked the catwalk in fashion week, as they all gather around a table to eat take-aways for dinner.
As Yolanda shares her thanks with her family for having them all together at the dinner table, she suddenly breaks out in song and lip-syncs to the tune of the 1980's Harry Belafonte's Day-O (aka The Banana Boat Song).
Anyone who has watched the 1980's cult classic, Beetlejuice would know that The Banana Boat Song was unforgettably performed by the likes of Wynona Ryder and the rest of the Beetlejuice cast.
What does any of this have to do with the promotion of America Vogue and New York fashion week? Well according to the TimesLive, "several designers gave a nod to the era in their latest collections... as they put it, "the ghost of the '80s hovered over the runways".
