Uma Thurman's ex doesn't want her to take their daughter overseas


















Uma Thurman's former fiance Arpad Busson is asking a judge to block the actress from taking their daughter to Europe to film a movie.The Hollywood star and her ex-partner have been embroiled in a legal wrangle over Rosalind, four, since 2014, when the businessman went to court to demand regular access to the youngster, who is nicknamed Luna.

While an initial deal was agreed in September, 2015, sources previously told the New York Post's gossip column Page Six that "renewed tensions" between the pair had pushed the former couple to continue the fight over their little girl.The outlet also reported the exes could be facing off in Manhattan Supreme Court as early as December (16), and Uma and Arpad are now facing a new battle as he reportedly wants their daughter to remain in New York City while the Kill Bill star films overseas.

According to TMZ, the actress was unaware Busson didn't want her to take their little girl to Europe and she is reportedly scheduled to leave in a couple days.Uma and Arpad split in 2009 but gave their romance another go and then broke up once and for all in April, 2014.Thurman gave birth to Luna in 2012, raising eyebrows when her spokesperson revealed the tot's full name: Rosalind Arusha Arkadina Altalune Florence Thurman-Busson.During an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Uma explained the idea behind the unusual name, revealing, "(My daughter) Maya came up with the best excuse, which was that I probably wouldn't get to have any more children, so I just put every name that I liked into the baby's."
