Trevor Noah wins Emmy for Outstanding Talk Series

South Africa’s Trevor Noah is celebrating winning an Emmy for The Daily Show With Trevor Noah at Monday’s 75^th annual Primetime Emmy Awards.

Noah won the Emmy last night, marking the show’s first accolade in the category since former host Jon Stewart departed in 2015.

Noah left the show as the host in December 2022 but the Emmys were delayed for several months due to the writers' and actors' strikes of 2023.

Congrats Trev!

A permanent replacement for Noah has yet to be found as the host of The Daily Show.
