Noah is among 10 people who made it on the list, which includes entrepreneurs, artists and athletes.
He will appear on the March 13 edition cover with a story titled: Next Generation Leaders … Trevor Noah and nine other stars ready to take over their fields.
This will be his second TIME magazine cover.
“Since his debut in 2015, the South African comedian has more than doubled the show's international reach and he has now become the master of the eloquent Trump-takedown,” TIME said on Instagram.
