This week marks the loss of two of the music industries greatest influencers, George Martin and Jon English.
George Martin, the producer who signed the Beatles to their first record label and subsequently produced their classic catalogue, has died at the age of 90. Known as the 'fifth Beatle' it's no suprise that Ringo Star broke the news via twitter with the following tweet:
Jon English who began his career at the age of 20, playing the demanding lead role of Judas in the production, Jesus Christ Superstar has died at the age of 66 due to complications after undergoing surgery yesterday, the 9th March 2016.
